Since when did it become OK to drive on the shoulder when the road's blocked? It seems like people are too damn selfish and lazy to wait more than a couple of minutes, before deciding to use the shoulder as an extra lane. Half of them aren't even exiting at the next junction, anyway, it's just a way to undertake a few vehicles and piss off some decent drivers. Twats. Anyway, the shoulder's for emergency vehicles to get to the scene of the blockage, and driving along it just hinders their progress. Hopefully it'll be them one day, screaming for help after the accident caused by their idiocy, waiting in vain as the paramedic is held up by others like them.
